Cancellation / Refund Policy

Send an email requesting cancellation to support@ytsolutions.com. You will need to include your contact information and the product or service you wish to cancel.
All fees paid to YT Solutions Tech are non-refundable. The Client acknowledges that software is provided as-is and all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for non-use, dissatisfaction, or any software functionality claims.
Please be aware, that due to piracy threats, if you wish to return any downloaded product within the 30 day time period because of a non-technical issue, YT Solutions reserves the right not to honor your request.
Our Customer Service Department will contact you, via email, with the steps to take to remove any desktop software you have installed. Should you have any reason to return the product or other physical components, they should be sent to.
Stocking charges may apply based on the product you wish to return.
